Teaching Jade to back off legs. This video is reteaching Jade to think backwards when legs go on instead of forwards. This is what it looks like on a first day working this exercise. This isn’t an easy exercise for Jade because she is weak in her back and doesn’t know how to collect. Working this will help her activate her core and back muscles which will later become a nicer smoother ride.
