We are pleased to report that over this last weekend, the SoCal Parrot team successfully released 65 wild rehabilitated Amazons back to their local flocks in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles counties! These 65 urban parrots are now flying freely in their home territory, and are getting a second chance in the wild. These patients came in for a variety of reasons, from adults with wing fractures to hatchlings that had fallen 60 feet from their nest. Each parrot received the highest standard of c
