Happy Burns night to everyone! Burns Night is a Scottish celebration on January 25th, marking the birthday of Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet. It’s a mix of good food, tradition, and poetry. The evening centers around a meal of haggis, neeps and tatties, with whisky flowing, and features recitations of Burns’ works, like his poem "Address to a Haggis."
