Kecelakaan tunggal yang menewaskan aktor Gary Iskak terjadi pada Sabtu (29/11/2025) sekitar pukul 00.30 WIB di Jalan Kesehatan Raya, Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto menjelaskan ,motor Yamaha RX-King yang dikendarainya hilang kendali dan menabrak pohon. Gary mengalami luka parah di kepala dan sempat dilarikan ke RSPPN Soedirman, namun dinyatakan meninggal dunia.
