Something’s stirring up a storm in NGC 1792! ⛈️ NGC 1792 is a starburst galaxy 🌟 a powerhouse of star formation. It is thought that its gravitational interaction with a neighbouring galaxy, NGC 1808, stirred up its gas, resulting in a torrent of star formation. This is concentrated on the side where gravity has a stronger effect.
