“Be Prepared.” It means being in a constant state of readiness—mind and body—to do your duty, face danger, and help others in any situation. And it’s not just a motto for the boy scouts and the girl scouts. Karen was a girl scout when she was a young girl, and has found a way to use this motto in adulthood and in caregiving situations. This situation happens to be funny, but there are all sorts of ways to be prepared to help those in need. We have put together a motto of our own to help out too.
