The Facebook Mentions App allows you to scroll through a "mentions" tab where you can gather information on articles being written about you or whatever topic might interest you. I like it because a person or business doesn't have to specifically tag my page in order for it to come up. So every once and a while I can chime in on a conversation and freak people out.
