Oshkosh snowfall surprises drivers across the city

An event was held at the William Waters Plaza Gazebo on November 4th to dedicate it and officially open it. Note that the project was made possible through grants and fundraising. The project is part of the city’s work to enhance community spaces. William Waters (1843–1917) was an American architect who designed numerous buildings in Wisconsin that eventually were listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
