I’m all about changing things up and being prepared for everything/anything, but, doing exercises for 3-6 weeks can help with adapting/getting better/stronger and changing up can lead to being too sore/fatigued, not allowing for intense follow up sessions. I did one set of reverse lunges and my back side has been sore for three days. Start a little conservative and build from week to week. Then you can send it.
