Sold my soul to amazon in sep 2021 to CRETs and they are just now breaking at the toe on the outside but are still wearable and got the still good to wear by safety at my building.

Yes, Zappos is legit, they are a division of Amazon. I have used them, it works exactly as described, you buy the shoes and can easily return any you don't want for a refund. Keep in mind however that because of the size of shoeboxes you need to ship the return boxes in-person, you can't drop them in a drop-off box.

If Zappos is out of your size in FRs, across all their chosen suppliers, your manager can expense them from outside Zappos. FRs have a life span, and amount we’re given each year is meant to purchase a new set to keep them fresh and effective.

So, I tried to contact customer service through text and phone. Been hours and no response to text. And hung up after waiting forever on hold. They used to be so responsive.
