The 2025 PGA Championship is underway from Quail Hollow! Settle in, golf fans, because there's wall-to-wall coverage from Thursday-Sunday live from Charlotte.

Every one of the last nine winners of the Wanamaker Trophy was American-born. This is the longest such streak at the PGA of America's major since a 10-year run from 1980 through 1989. The last non-American to win this title was Australian Jason Day in 2015 at Whistling Straits.

The PGA Championship has long been the major that has struggled to find an identity outside of getting the top 100 players in the world.

Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-80s with winds blowing up to 15 mph — and no rain at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. There will also be no preferred lies. PGA officials said Wednesday that the field will play the ball as it lies in the fairway. Quail Hollow is equipped with a SubAir system.
