Justin Turner hit a two-run homer in the ninth inning to give the Chicago Cubs a 5-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday.

SPLITTING THE DIFFERENCE: This is the 23rd of the Cubs’ 37 series in which they have split the first two games. There was no third game in two series. It's official! The Chicago Cubs will host the 2027 All-Star Game at Wrigley Field. City officials, Cubs Executive Chairman Tom Ricketts, and some of the team's alumni attended a special ceremony Friday morning at the ballpark.
