The brotherly connection between Jason and Travis Kelce is strong. Now that Jason has retired from the NFL after a long and successful career with the Philadelphia Eagles, he no longer gets to share a field as a player with his little brother. But in his role as a pregame commentator with ESPN, he does get to share a field with him as an analyst.
Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and Texans
Kelce made another big playoff catch, but NFL fans couldn't help themselves after he matriculated up the field.
Kelce caught a 49-yard pass from Patrick Mahomes in the second quarter of an AFC Divisional playoff game against the Houston Texans at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The NFL noted it was the first time Kelce had a play with more than 20 yards after the catch this season.
Kelce did that in the second quarter today, with a 49-yard catch and run that put the Chiefs deep into Texans territory and set up a one-yard touchdown run by Kareem Hunt. The extra point gave the Chiefs a 13-3 lead late in the second quarter, and they’re rolling all over the Texans.
Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift's long-awaited connection at the Kansas City Chiefs NFL game has fans in their feelings.
Texans defensive tackle Mario Edwards Jr. disengaged from his blocker and attempted to bring Mahomes down as he stepped into the pocket. Before being taken down for a sack, Mahomes flung the ball into the end zone, where Kelce stood between two defenders.

The drive continued and Patrick Mahomes was falling to the turf as he threw a pass that ended in the hands of the great Travis Kelce for a touchdown. After the PAT, the Super Bowl champs led 20-12. Unbelievable.
If having Taylor Swift watching Travis Kelce and the Chiefs play the Houston Texans on Saturday wasn’t enough, some more star power was in the pop princess’ suite. That’s longtime Kansas City Chiefs fan Caitlin Clark watching the Divisional round game with Swift.
Kelce has a season-high 113 receiving yards today against the Texans, and he caught a touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes in the fourth quarter that gave the Chiefs a 20-12 lead. It was a great pass from Mahomes, who had to escape the pass rush and threw the ball as he was falling to the ground after being tripped up.
