TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Toledo man faces felony theft and identity fraud charges for allegedly stealing an elderly person’s credit card and using it to buy alcohol and cigarettes. Police arrested Angus F. Blaze, 50, on Saturday morning, according to jail records.
