Apple has launched a Mac mini Service Program to fix some Mac mini units that refuse to power on. "Apple has determined that a very small percentage of Mac mini (2023) devices with the M2 chip may no longer power on.

Apple has started a service program to specifically address a problem that owners of the M2 Mac mini may be having. According to Apple, “a very small percentage” of these Mac minis have an issue where they will no longer power on. Eligible devices can have service done to fix the issue by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
