The Pakistan Cricket Board has pulled up the International Cricket Council for the national anthem goof-up in Lahore. The organisers at the Gaddafi Stadium played the 'Jana Gana Mana' instead of Australia's national anthem on Saturday.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) expressed their dissatisfaction after the Indian national anthem was played during the Champions Trophy 2025 Group B clash between Australia and England at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Saturday,

India may not be playing any match of the Champions Trophy on Pakistan soil but the Indian national anthem certainly made its way across the border. A glaring error ahead of the game between Australia and England saw the national anthem played in Lahore.
