The Pittsburgh Steelers moved to 8-6 on the season and continue to hold firm atop the AFC North with a 28-15 victory over the Miami Dolphins (6-8) on Monday night. While the win moves Pittsburgh one step closer to the playoffs, the loss officially eliminates Miami from postseason contention.

Tua Tagovailoa finished the first three quarters with a grand total of two throws that traveled more than 15 yards in the air. One found De'Von Achane for a 24-yard gain. The other floated into the waiting arms of Steelers cornerback Asante Samuel.

It's hard to find fault in an offense that racked up 28 points, 336 total yards of offense and didn't turn the football over. It was once again the Kenneth Gainwell show as the backup running back finished with 80 rushing yards and 46 receiving yards. Five different Steelers had a rushing attempt and eight different Steelers caught a pass.

Much has been made of a struggling Pittsburgh Steelers offense throughout a tepid 2025 season. There were no problems Monday night.
