The longtime rivals’ first-round series is knotted at 2-2 after the Avs bounced back from two straight OT losses with a statement Game 4 win in which the Stars were blanked on the scoreboard and fell 4-0. The series now returns to Dallas and the confines of the American Airlines Center.

The Avalanche lost 6-2 to the Dallas Stars in Game Five of the First Round at American Airlines Center on Monday. Artturi Lehkonen and Nathan MacKinnon each scored for Colorado while Martin Necas recorded two assists. Dallas' Wyatt Johnston opened the scoring at nine seconds of the first period.

They will meet on Monday night, April 28, at American Airlines Center in Dallas to see who can move within a win of clinching this series.
