As a Player Director on the PGA Tour's Player Advisory Council, Adam Scott recently found himself in a building he probably never even dreamed of being in even after he won his Masters in 2013 - The White House.

Adam Scott reiterated the PGA Tour must look out for itself and protect its brand as it moves forward with the negotiations with LIV Golf.

Adam Scott attended two meetings at the White House with PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan and Trump. The second included Tiger Woods, Yasir Al-Rumayyan.

Ahead of this week’s Players Championship, Adam Scott talked about the PGA Tour’s ongoing negotiations with the Saudis and LIV Golf.

Scott, who is a player director on the PGA Tour Enterprises board of directors and a member of the circuit’s transaction subcommittee, was not as vague when he was asked if the circuit’s hope to bring the game back under “one tour” was possible?

Adam Scott remains hopeful that negotiations between the PGA Tour and the Public Investment Fund result in a reunification of professional golf, but the former major champion is also realistic that the talks could fizzle out.
