The legal tampering windown opens March 10 and free agency kicks off March 12 at 3 p.m. CT. In recent history, this has been a dead period for the Dallas Cowboys. They usually don’t make much noise in the way of splash free-agent signings outside of their own.

The Dallas Cowboys only interviewed for candidates for their head coaching vacancy after they decided to part ways with Mike McCarthy. That sham of a process is largely why the fan base was hesitant for Dallas to pull the plug on McCarthy.
