The New Orleans Saints have officially hired Doug Nussmeier as their new offensive coordinator. Nussmeier, who was a star quarterback in college at Idaho, now follows head coach Kellen Moore from Philadelphia to New Orleans, and this is the latest stop for the seasoned football coach.

The Eagles will need to find a new quarterbacks coach for Jalen Hurts after Doug Nussmeier left to join Kellen Moore's staff as the Saints' offensive coordinator.

Doug Nussmeier has worked under Kellen Moore at each of Moore's last three stops. The former Saints quarterback is getting his first chance at being an NFL offensive coordinator.
