On Sunday, Jan. 5, Amazon announced that they were going into business with Melania Trump with a documentary, giving viewers a look at the incoming first lady’s very private life. Not only will Melania be an executive producer, but she also received a very hefty paycheck for access to her privileged world.
The film, scheduled to be released later this year, will give viewers an “unprecedented behind-the-scenes look” at the incoming first lady’s life, Amazon said.
Amazon founder and executive chairman Jeff Bezos “took a personal interest in the doc,” a source tells Page Six.
The project is expected to be released globally in theaters and for streaming use in the second half of 2025. Filming for the upcoming documentary began in December 2024.
