A school transportation driver in Colerain Township has been indicted after allegedly touching an 8-year-old girl.

A contracted school van driver for Struble Elementary was arrested Tuesday after police say he inappropriately touched a young girl.

School resource officers identified the suspect as Steffen Yates, 41. Yates has been charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition and was transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

A Colerain Twp. spokesperson says the school district and the contracted transportation company are cooperating with police.
