The Toronto Raptors have finally completed their trade for Kawhi Leonard from the Los Angeles Clippers. The trade was delayed for over a month following the NBA’s investigation into the Clippers for salary cap circumvention.

After being on hold for months awaiting a resolution in the Clippers salary cap circumvention investigation, the trade of Kawhi Leonard to the Toronto Raptors — agreed to back on June 30 — is finally going through, reports Shams Charania of ESPN.
