The New York Yankees have seen two of their free agent relievers sign contracts with the New York Mets, as Devin Williams and, most recently, Luke Weaver joined the Mets bullpen.

In 2024, he posted a 2.89 ERA across 84 innings, thriving in high-leverage situations and missing bats at an elite rate.
