In a bold move that's shaking up the NFL, a star player has turned down the chance to join Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs for the upcoming season. Maxx Crosby has sparked a major controversy after an interview with Kay Adams during Super Bowl week.

As Reid prepares the Chiefs for their fifth Super Bowl appearance in six seasons, the 66-year-old put to rest any talk that he was ready to hang it up if Kansas City wins a third straight title. “Yes, I’ll be back,” Reid said Tuesday. Chiefs owner Clark Hunt hopes Reid has many years left on the sideline.

“I love BYU,” Reid told the Deseret News in March of 2022 after participating in head football coach Kalani Sitake’s high school coaches clinic. “I bleed blue. I have a (BYU) football helmet in my office and I am all-in.”
