As Alaska works to merge the two airlines’ systems, frustrated customers are reporting all sorts of technical problems.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Changes are coming to Hawaiian Airlines as part of its merger with Alaska Airlines. The airlines will switch to a single callsign, which is expected at the end of October.
