Multiple people are dead and several others are hurt after a mass shooting Saturday at Brown University in Rhode Island.

Video shared with FOX 4 shows the suspect in a shooting outside a movie theater being chased on the Dallas North Tollway on Sunday night.

Nicole Parker: “I believe that Brown University's prioritization was not on the safety and security of their students. They were more focused on things like DEI efforts, and that has been catastrophic and led to the death of two students.”
