The death toll is rising in Northern Nepal after an earthquake and landslide unleashed a massive flash flood. Nepali Parliament Member Dhananjay Regmi updates CNN’s Becky Anderson on the rescue efforts and how the government is preparing for a major medical emergency.

At least 160 were killed and hundreds are missing in the wake of the disaster Wednesday morning.

Nepali officials said 403 people, including 341 foreigners, were reported missing.
