A medical transport helicopter crashed Monday in Mississippi, while carrying two hospital workers and a pilot, officials said.

CANTON, Miss. (AP) — Authorities on Tuesday identified the two health care workers and a pilot who all died in the crash of a medical helicopter in a wooded area of Mississippi.

CANTON, Miss. (WTVA) — Authorities identified the three people killed in a medical helicopter crash in Madison County. Madison County Coroner Alex Breeland identified the victims as Cal Wesolowski, 62, of Starkville; Jakob Kindt, 37, of Tupelo; and Dustin Pope, 35, of Philadelphia, Mississippi.
