Prominent Texas Republicans are denouncing Bo French, a Republican nominee to join the state’s railroad commission, after he made a xenophobic post describing a group of Asian American students attending a University of Texas football game as a “problem.”

Republicans have condemned, sidestepped or continued to support two Texas GOP nominees after one's racist post this weekend about students of color and another's years of vulgar comments about women sparked backlash.
