Murray State was the biggest storyline of the NCAA tournament, but their Cinderella run came to end thanks to a legendary no-hitter from the Hogs.

Murray State's College World Series run came to an end vs Arkansas. Arkansas pitcher Gage Wood tossed a no-hitter to eliminate Murray State baseball.

The Razorbacks were fueled by Arkansas-native Gage Wood, who made history by becoming only the third MCWS player to pitch a no-hitter and the first since 1960. Wood pitched all innings for the Hogs with a 119 pitch count and 19 K's, setting a new program record for most strikeouts.
