The Utah Jazz still view star forward Lauri Markkanen as part of their long-term future, according to HoopsHype's Michael Scotto.

Utah’s position in the standings is starting to raise eyebrows around the league. As Michael Scotto of HoopsHype notes, the Jazz would owe their 2026 first-round pick to Oklahoma City if it lands outside the top eight.

The Utah Jazz will take on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in Salt Lake City tonight. The good news for Jazz fans is that it looks like LeBron James will be playing. It does appear that the Lakers will not have Gabe Vincent suit up as he’s dealing with some lower back tightness.
