Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt joined 14 other countries in signing a landmark declaration at a U.N. conference.

The Arab world has told Hamas to disarm and surrender control of Gaza. Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt called for the Palestinian terror group to disband on Tuesday, the first time they have done so.

Haniyeh was under U.S. sanctions and wanted by the International Criminal Court. The political leader was the public face of Hamas.
