Eva Longoria is standing by her community as multiple out-of-control wildfires continue to devastate Los Angeles. On Wednesday, the actor and director joined several organizations—National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON),

The Eva Longoria Foundation with support of the Courage and Civility Award on Monday pledged $1 million to support California wildfire relief efforts.

Other performers with roots in Southern California’s entertainment industry, including Michael Douglas, Paris Hilton, and various Kardashians, have also pledged contributions.

With support from the Courage and Civility Award, the funds will be distributed to the Latino Community Foundation and the California Community Foundation.
