Elon Musk loses lawsuit against Sam Altman and OpenAI after jury rules he waited too long to sue
The jury ruled Musk brought his lawsuit too late to find Sam Altman, OpenAI, or Microsoft liable for the claims the Tesla CEO brought against them.
