I would say no, as dogs must go to the bathroom when necessary. It is a park with beautiful grounds and sculptures and children. So I would say no.

However, general access will be limited to the weekends. 1) In 2017, the gardens are open to the public from March 30th to October 31st. 2) General access is on the weekends from 10 to 4. School groups can reserve weekday visits. 3) There is now a page on Pepsico's corporate website for further info.
